Ingredients
2 cups of mini potatoes
1 tbsp + 1 tsp of avocado oil
1 tbsp of oregano
Salt and pepper
224 g salmon filet
1 tsp of poppy seeds
1 tsp of sesame seeds
1/2 tsp of dried minced garlic
1/2 tsp of dried onion flakes
2 cups of green beans
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400F°/200C°.
Wash and slice the mini potatoes in half
In a large bowl, coat the mini potatoes with 1 tbsp of avocado oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, and onion.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with the "everything bagel” seasoning.
Coat the green beans with 1 tsp of avocado oil, salt and pepper and place them beside the salmon.
Once the potatoes are done, bake the salmon and green beans for 12 minutes.
Plate everything together
