Wellness Habits

Wellness is often misunderstood as it is a collection of the habits we are practicing on a daily basis. But I encourage you to figure out what wellness means to you.

Since this is a women's community, these tiny habits will focus around specific habits that are unique for women and promote self care. Some of these may represent habits you may need to break to better operate in BLISS.

Sit down and think about what really makes you feel good and try implementing 2-3 times a week to begin, stacking it on top of a habit in your morning, afternoon, or evening routine.

Here are some tiny wellness habits to stack:

  1. Wake up 10-15 minutes earlier for me-time(whether that includes meditation, journaling, yoga, or just sitting there in silence) 😉

  2. Add a healthy smoothie to my day

  3. Get sunshine early in the morning

  4. Say no to something I don’t want to really do & not explain it

  5. Brush your hair

  6. Go to the salon once a month

  7. Get my nails done once a month

  8. Drink water (half my body weight in ounces is ideal, but try adding at least one extra cup than you would normally do

  9. Mind my business this week

  10. Disengage in gossiping

  11. Uplift or compliment another woman (and see how this makes you feel)

  12. Save money instead of splurging emotionally

  13. Do a yoni steam once this week

  14. Purchase a hormone balancing supplement that you need

  15. Take your multivitamin 3 times this week

  16. Give myself a facial 2 times this month
